We identify the part by its number, by a photo of the nameplate or by the valve tag in the order documents. We check the valve model, size, pressure class and material before quoting, and return a quotation that matches it.

We place the order with the original manufacturer through the group’s agency network in Korea, Japan, Europe and the United States, and follow production through to the notice of readiness. The part arrives with the test certificate, the manufacturer’s certificate of conformity and the export documents.

The buyer receives the part packed and identified by its number, ready for installation and acceptance at site, and we sign the receiving report together. After receipt we remain the order’s point of reference for repair kits and the manufacturer’s warranty.
